Newton Marshall, one of Jamaica’s newest sports ambassadors is excited to be working with the Mackey Comeback Kennel “It is a real honor to represent Jamaica in this non-traditional sport, whose beginnings were in helping children. I am looking forward to working with Lance again this year and in making Jamaica proud,” noted Marshall.

Newton Marshall received a polished caribou antler carving enhanced with ink rendering of ravens (donated by New Horizons Gallery) as the musher who most exemplifies the Spirit of the Yukon Quest; a spirit that compels one to challenge themselves and persevere in spite of all odds against them.
